"I purchased a TV from David Jones online and because I am a David Jones American Express Credit Card holder, delivery was free. I paid $329 and after three days of phone calls I still do not have my TV. Their electronics do not actually come from David Jones, but from Dick Smith, who then send them via courier company Toll. Toll are completely useless. I requested that the product be left at my door, as no one would be home to receive it. A card was left, and the TV was taken back to the depot - 1.5hrs away. Toll are refusing to re-deliver and I am unable to pick it up, so far, David Jones and Dick Smith electronics have been utterly useless in resolving this situation. They treat you like the problem is your fault and they are doing you a favour by taking your money and delivering nothing! I will not be purchasing from David Jones online again. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT buy from them. You will be sorry." Though when it comes to actually being at their stores David Jones has one of the best customer service they have everything in one big place that you don't need to go any where else because they try their best to make you feel special and welcomed you don't want to leave though some comments made about their service is not so bright and fantastic but this comment is. After spending more than $100 dollars shipping comes free and that is a bonus and a great way to get customers up and going. "I have been shopping at DJ's for years, and have always liked that you can basically get everything in one place. I must say that in the past, I didn't think the customer service was anything to write about, but there has been a drastic improvement in the last year. I shop here frequently, if not for clothes or housewares to get lunch or dinner at the food hall, and the staff have been increasingly great and engaging. Nice work!!!"
