Bad Service
Even Though David Jones is an Australian successful
department store it still has a lot of quirks, and during my research of their
business company I have learnt that their online shopping is their weakest
links their delivery here and overseas to America has not been so successful,
so if I were to change up things about this company I would go further into
detail if things do not go the way it is supposed to go, I would ask more of what
the audience would like and want because due to this comment their service is
to be more friendly and to know what a customer would like to be treated; “ I Went
into the Tuggerah NSW store to purchase some Dunlopillo pillows and bed dings
accessories sheets, quilts etc. for the coming colder months. There were two
sales ladies manning the area. Before I go on I should tell you I was dressed
in blue track pant, grey t-shirt and White thongs, but certainly not looking
dispelled. One sales walked into about 5 metres of me looked and when I looked
at her she walked away. I stood in the
same area for about 20 minutes no one serviced me. Shame on you for bad
service.
